My background encompasses dance and film, and theatre as a writer, actor, director, and later as a producer of new work. In the early stages of my artistic endeavors, I also painted wall murals and scenic backgrounds for theatre productions and various commercial entities. Over the past decade I have incorporated elements of movement, music, text and color into the video art form. I have designed projection imagery for theatre productions and indoor/outdoor installations combined with live performance. I have created complex interpretations in collaborative projects that involved sensitive subjects. I have produced content for Internet delivery, and revised some of my projection designs into small format videos as a means of reaching a wider audience on the Web.
